How to Install One Extension to Multiple Joomla Sites at Once

Written by

This tutorial will show you how to install an extension to multiple Joomla sites all at once using myjoomla.com!

This method will work if you have an extension that you want to install to multiple Joomla sites, an extension that does not use the Joomla Update System on your sites, or a Joomla extension that is broken and unable to be updated using the Joomla Update System.

The example in this video shows how to overcome an 403 error that is occurring when trying to update Akeeba Backup or Akeeba Admin Tools, but can also be applied with extensions in similar circumstances.
